Real Reviews

Here is a collection of real reviews on the Shangri La Hotel Putrajaya in Kuala Lumpur:

“The pool area is amazing and very relaxing, (with a on duty life guard) it gets full sun for the most of the day. the only thing it is missing is a pool bar, if they served cocktails (or even mocktails) and food i would of liked this area a lot more (and spent more money)” – TripAdvisor

“Free parkings were located outdoor, could be troublesome if it was raining with kids though they have pretty frequent buggies to and fro lobby. Alternatively they have valet parking option which suited our needs better.

The view from our room balcony was great, we could see fireworks on New Year’s eve. Our room was spacious and relaxing. Staff were friendly too.” – Calvin, Booking

“The place is situated away from the city crowd. An hourly shuttle runs in the morning to Cyberjaya. From 10 am there is a shuttle which drops and picks up residents from the major shopping places. The reception is very helpful in calling a taxi using grab cab app. The service is excellent. The breakfast buffet has lot of choices in the Palm hill cafe. The meal in the al a carte restaurant Azur is delicious and service is prompt. The Spa is also quite good. The pool is relatively small but has a very nice view overlooking the city.” – TripAdvisor

Don’t Stay At An Airport Hotel

When staying in a country that you have to fly to, it can seem like the easiest thing would be to stay at an airport hotel. However, that isn’t the case. Airport hotels are often cramped, loud, and dirty. The staff doesn’t care about giving each person a good experience because there are so many people in and out of the build.

If you are going to bring your family to Kuala Lumpur, make sure you bring them here to travel in style and to feel comfortable. You will get more accomplished on your trip is everything goes well and everyone is happy and healthy.
